AAA Scholarship Foundation
Use your AAA scholarship for Ideal Homeschool.
AAA Scholarship Foundation provides education choice scholarships for grades K–12, including support for home education. If your family already has an active AAA scholarship, Ideal Homeschool can be funded as an authorized educational expense through AAA’s process.
How It Works
No provider portal — you work with AAA, and we invoice you.
Unlike Step Up Marketplace enrollment, Ideal Homeschool does not bill AAA through a provider portal. Families pay Ideal Homeschool for membership, receive an invoice for services, and submit that documentation through AAA.

Schedule a Success Call
Meet with Sarah to confirm Ideal Homeschool is the right fit. Tell us you’re using AAA so we set up invoice billing instead of card-only checkout assumptions.

Enroll and pay Ideal Homeschool
After fit is confirmed, you enroll in your program and pay Ideal Homeschool for membership. We deliver your monthly program services as usual.

Receive an invoice from Ideal Homeschool
We provide an invoice documenting the educational services your family received so you have what AAA needs for your submission.

Submit to AAA and manage your account
You submit the invoice through AAA (typically via their Scholarship Management Platform) and handle any follow-up directly with AAA. Ideal Homeschool supports your membership — AAA administers the scholarship.

How is this different from Step Up?
Step Up families reserve funds in the Marketplace and Ideal Homeschool invoices Step Up through the EMA Provider Portal. AAA families pay Ideal Homeschool directly, receive an invoice from us, and work with AAA on submission and reimbursement.
Will Ideal Homeschool submit my reimbursement for me?
No. Parents submit invoices and manage their AAA scholarship account. We provide the invoice documentation you need for Ideal Homeschool services.
What if AAA questions an expense?
Contact AAA with your invoice and account details. Ideal Homeschool can clarify what services were provided on the invoice, but AAA makes the final determination on scholarship-eligible expenses.
Where do I go after my Success Call?
We’ll confirm your program, share enrollment and payment next steps, and explain how invoices will be provided for your AAA submissions.
