Ideal Homeschool provides educational guidance, planning support, resources, consults, and program access. This policy explains how refunds are handled for our programs and services.
Because Ideal Homeschool provides educational consulting, planning, digital resources, group support, and personalized guidance, payments are generally non-refundable once services, access, planning, consults, or program resources have been delivered.
Our goal is to be clear before enrollment so families understand what is included, how support works, and whether the program is the right fit.
Payments for consults, planning calls, assessments, curriculum review, portfolio review, or personalized homeschool guidance are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled, started, or delivered.
If a consult must be rescheduled, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you on a new time.
Once a family receives access to program materials, Skool resources, downloads, webinars, templates, planning tools, or other digital resources, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.
Digital access creates immediate value and cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.
If you enroll in a monthly program or payment plan, you are responsible for payments according to the terms agreed to at enrollment.
Canceling future participation does not automatically cancel amounts already owed or payments tied to a year commitment, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Ideal Homeschool.
The Elite Homeschool Experience may include higher-touch planning, custom support, reserved access, retreat-style experiences, or limited availability. Refund terms for Elite may be handled separately and provided during enrollment.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, Elite payments are non-refundable once planning, access, or reserved support begins.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Approved refunds, if any, may be reduced by processing fees, administrative time, delivered services, accessed resources, or other costs already incurred.
If you have questions about billing, access, rescheduling, or your program fit, contact us before submitting a dispute or chargeback. We would rather talk through the issue directly.
